The D600 Pro 3 HS is a fully upgraded high-speed printing version of the D600 Pro, featuring a deeply optimized Klipper firmware for revolutionary performance breakthroughs. Equipped with a newly designed high-performance hotend capable of ultra-fast extrusion up to 90mm³/s and an enhanced motion system, it achieves stable printing speeds of 300mm/s—five times faster than the standard D600 Pro.

D600 Pro3 HS - Key Features

This 3D printer features a dual-nozzle shutter system with automatic switching to a backup nozzle on filament runout.

It offers up to 40% faster printing with a lightweight auto-rising extruder and a build volume of 620 × 620 × 620 mm.

The machine includes true external air cooling, 0.02 mm XY positioning accuracy, an independent Quad-Z axis, 0.001 mm accuracy, a safety door lock, an 80°C heated chamber, a 90 mm³/s flow rate, and a stronger X rail.

Active Heated Chamber 80℃

Minimizes Thermal Stress and Warping

When printing large parts or high-strength engineering materials such as ABS, uneven cooling can create internal thermal stress, which may result in warping, layer separation, or cracking.

Strengthens Interlayer Bonding

In low-temperature conditions, large temperature differences between molten and solidified layers reduce adhesion strength. A temperature-controlled heated chamber keeps layers at an optimal temperature, promoting molecular diffusion and resulting in stronger interlayer bonding.

Minimizes Moisture-Related Impact

The heated chamber minimizes the impact of ambient humidity on moisture-sensitive materials such as nylon, helping to prevent bubbles and strength degradation caused by moisture absorption during printing.

Guarantees Consistent Operation

In industrial production, stable chamber temperature is essential for consistent part quality. Active temperature regulation removes the influence of environmental changes, ensuring dependable repeatability.
