Key Responsibilities

 

  •        Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding software subscriptions, renewals, and service changes, building long-term, trusted relationships
  •        Proactively identify, assess, and coordinate the end-to-end submission of relevant public tenders, ensure meeting deadlines and improve future bid strategy based on outcomes
  •        Process incoming requests, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and product/service configuration
  •        Manage and grow the existing software and services customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities where relevant
  •        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service continuity by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
  •        Drive support contract sales efforts, taking timely action on renewal
  •        Stay up to date with supplier program updates, including collaboration frameworks, partner rewards, and policy changes
  •        Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product and software licensing models and terms of use from a commercial perspective
  •         Maintain accurate CRM and order records

 

Candidate Profile

 

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail. You are highly structured in your work, excellent at time management, and comfortable taking ownership of processes. You thrive in a coordination-focused role.

 

Key Requirements

 

  •        Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  •        3-5 years of experience in a sales role
  •        Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
  •        Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  •        Strong communication skills
  •        High responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency
  •        Tech-savvy with basic understanding of CAD software
  •        Ability to work on-site at ANiMA's headquarters in Pallini, Greece
  •        Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
