We are heading back to Frankfurt for Formnext 2026, together with ZRapid. Since 2009, we have installed, commissioned, and supported metal AM systems across Europe, and this year we are bringing in three SLM systems, automated powder handling, and the latest developments in our printers’ software.

ZRapid iSLM300D Ultimate + AFS

A mid-size production system with a 300x300x400mm build volume, IPG Photonics laser, Scanlab galvanometers and Siemens PLCs. We are showing it with the AFS Automatic Feeding System, which handles powder recovery, sieving and reloading in a closed inert loop. Without manual powder contact, and a wash cycle under 30 minutes.

ANiMA A1

Our own compact industrial SLM system, with a 160x160x210mm build volume and mechanical and motion components manufactured in Europe. Open materials, full parameter access, and a Build Volume Reducer module included as standard for low-cost material testing and process development.

ZRapid iSLM100

ZRapid’s new desktop system, bringing industrial metal 3D printing to a compact footprint. A compact precision system for small, detailed parts and specialised alloys. Substrate heating up to 200°C for crack-prone materials and more than 220 open process parameters.
